Siren

After a long hiatus, I'm finally submitting work again! This painting is a year old now, and it was my first ever painting in color. It was completed using the sight-size method of a plaster cast at the Angel Academy of Art, and I loved painting the fabric that's wrapped around her waist. She reminded me a little bit of a mermaid, hence the title.
